As soon as i saw this ballerina pose i had to draw it , it reminded me a lot of my first ballerina doll my mom got me when i was little ,she was a redhead but she had a white tutu
Decided on a Angel Ballerina, thought it would be a simple drawing at first but nothing i do turns out simple, sometimes i do things ( mistakes) which prolongs an artwork but in the end all turned out ok.
Love doing background clouds with white charcoal/pastel and one of the reasons i decided to do this on tinted canson mi tientes pastel paper love the effects it gives.
I used conte pastel pencils and prismacolor/verithin
size of artwork 8'5 x 11
