my submission for Emerging Art Auctions "Fairytales" theme , original is up for auction here [link] I decided to illustrate hansel and gretel stuffing their little faces with sweets and candies...what child wouldn't do that ? i'm an adult and i would still do ..lol..Years ago when i started ACEO fairytale series this was the only fairytale i didnt illustrate and wanted to...this theme gave me a chance to do so I also started 2 more bigger size fairytale theme artworks but dont know if i will be able to finish them but i will do my best , hope you enjoy this one , based on the German fairytale of a sister and brother finding a house made out of candy and bunch of sweets and a witch...well you all know what happened next...

They are so pretty! Love how the eyes came out (you always get them to pop on the page). Their freckles are especially cute.
