A portrait of a young jesus at the age of 12 visiting the temple at passover
and staying behind while his parents looked everywhere for him.

Around Easter time i always do religious based artworks and i always wanted to
one of jesus as a young boy.
Portrait based on Franco Zeferellis Jesus from Nazareth mini series,
one of the best movies in my opinion depicting Christs life.

Artwork completed with 4b&6b charcoal on 8'5x10'5 smooth bristol board 2006.

My Aplogies to all my watchers who may be getting my artwork twice in their boxes,i decided to change the title of my artwork from jesus in the temple to Jesus as a young boy as i felt this title related better to my artwork Jesus as a young child/boy.
