Description
I was in a portrait mood and when i came
across Jeni's
new stock photos i couldn't
resist drawing her little girl Analeese
i loved the beautiful and angelic look on her
face in this photo [link]
and decided to draw her as sleeping beauty
-i changed some things
to my liking mostly hair and composition-
and tried using some charcoal which was very messy
on the hair but i liked the darks i was able to achieve with it-
the scanning gave me a bit trouble it looks better in real life-

Such a beautiful drawing.
There is something about her expression though. I can't quite make it out, perhaps a slight look of sadness or death. Maybe death came to mind because of the black and white theme. I really like how you drew her features and tone.
I love the detail on her blouse. Looks lovely and soft, like you could almost feel the softness even though it's a picture.
