First, for your throught to 11th September.... Looks a lot how you feel sad for what happened....
I think the rest of the world don't think a lot for this fact, me for first.... But that day, all the world was stopping for a moment just when happened this.
Sadly, a lot of people now think for it as a bad fact, and have hate for other people... Is hard to write in english, but i think you understand it...
I think you choice a perfect "model" for this work.
Also is a WIP, it's look a lot how much love and emotions you put on this, and this is really wonderful from you!
I visit the Protestant Cemetery ( i also put two photo of Angelo Del Dolore: [link] :: [link] ), and i think i look it for about 15 minutes, in silence.
I wish to you've an occasion for to see in real this statue, because, trust in me, is really hard to write how emotions i feel in that moment.
In real looks so little than you image, but also if is "hide" between trees, statue and cats! Yes... That cemetery is full of kitties: [link] <--another photo, sorry, eh eh... They're guardian of Cemetery, and people take care of they... Is a very wonderful throught.
